ON SHIPMENTS
1. GTG will do its best to ensure a smooth and convenient transaction with you.
2. The waybill number and receipt of payment serves as proof that GTG has dropped off the item for shipping. The delivery time, however, starts at the point the courier receives the package. Sundays and holidays do not count.
3. Delays may occur in the process of shipping your package. GTG will do its best to inform you of any possible delays before ordering and until the shipment has arrived. GTG can only do so much, but we believe that constant communication on the status of your package will give you a peace of mind. It's better delayed than lost.
4. Items dropped off by GTG are guaranteed to be in good condition; that is, there are minimal to no leaks, print materials are readable, and other items are in its presentable or usable form.
5. Given that, items that have arrived in damaged form may be due to the stresses it endured during shipping. GTG, however, is willing to compensate you for the losses.
6. Likewise, in the unfortunate event that the shipment gets lost, GTG is willing to compensate you. However, unlike the previously mentioned, the compensation process might take longer. GTG can only do its best to expedite the process. Again, by constantly communicating with you, we believe that this will give you a peace of mind.
7. Compensation may be as follows:
- Full or partial refund of the amount paid, depending on the extent of loss
- Full or partial deposit of the amount paid as prepaid amount, depending on the extent of loss
- Re-delivery of the items damaged or lost in the process of shipping, free of charge
- Only losses amounting to P150 or above are eligible for this option
- As an example, if half of the solution has leaked by visual inspection (amounting P175), then half the amount of the leaked solution will be re-shipped
- As per Xend's delivery policy, refund of lost shipment will be given to the buyer. Re-delivery of the items will be treated as a new transaction; hence, the buyer shall pay for the re-delivery using the refund money. Remittance fees (if any) may be deducted from the refund money.
8. We will do follow-ups for you as needed. Take note, though, that GTG's seller has his schedule as well and he might not always be able to attend to it. GTG will do its best nonetheless.
9. Payment of the fee signifies your full interest in purchasing the items and having it shipped to you. Cancellation, therefore, is not allowed. In the event that you insist, you shall be reimbursed the amount paid for the items only, by which it will be deducted for fees incurred in the process of refunding. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
ON TECHNICAL SUPPORT
1. GTG will do its best to ensure that you get your money's worth. Our service does not end when you receive your package. You can always contact us if you need any assistance. Do note, however, that the person behind GTG has his own affairs, so he might not reply immediately. He will try his best to respond to queries, nonetheless.
2. GTG can only provide technical support that is within the owner's knowledge and experience.
