NOTICE OF REVISION: Upon clarifying with an authorized representative of Xend, shipments addressed to LBC branches for pickup will no longer be accepted. Customers are advised to address their packages at their respective home address or to the nearest 2GO branch (which is an acceptable pickup location). GTG can assist you in finding the nearest 2GO branch based on your location.

We ship nationwide! Greenthumb Gardening (GTG) makes ordering SNAP Hydroponics simple and convenient. These are the few steps (and tips) in getting your own SNAP Hydroponics solution:

1. ASK
First-timers are encouraged to ask questions about setting up and maintaining a hydroponic setup. GTG would appreciate if they read available and relevant literature prior to asking questions. This is to allow them to familiarize themselves with the setup and for them to decide whether they can really maintain a hydroponic setup.

For those ordering, ask for availability and for confirmation of payment price. Doing so can be done through the following (in order of responsiveness):

2. PAY
You may pay through the following: BDO account deposit, Landbank account deposit, Palawan Express Pera Padala, and LBC Money Remittance. Other modes of payment may be allowed on a conditional basis. Payment details will be provided upon ordering.

(Note: Payments made through Landbank may take more time to verify.)


3. PROVIDE COMPLETE ADDRESS
Upon payment, provide your complete mailing address, which includes your area's ZIP code. This is to ensure the delivery of your package. Alternatively, you may have the item shipped to a 2GO branch near you for pick up (a list can be found here: http://new.xend.com.ph/2go/).

Packages are delivered through Xend, whose partner couriers include 2GO and LBC. A waybill number will be given to you once the item has been sent to Xend's system. The waybill number will also serve as your package's tracking number.


4. ENJOY!
Please notify GTG upon receipt of the package to close the transaction. Enjoy! You may still ask for assistance at this stage.

TIPS AND NOTES:
1. As of this stage, customers of provincial address (outside Metro Manila) are advised to have their package sent to a nearby 2GO branch. There was one instance where Xend had difficulty sending a package to a provincial address due to "area unserviceability" [the item was not lost, however]. Provincial packages sent to 2GO branch/es did not encounter such difficulty.
2. Greenthumb Gardening ships only through Xend for both the buyer's and seller's convenience. GTG may sometimes entertain requests to have the package shipped through other couriers but doing so may significantly increase costs (due to packaging, transit to courier, etc.).
3. Other relevant information are available online. Please take the time to read it for a smoother transaction.
